How to get the App: Download our mobile app from your mobile device by searching for "SSB Sutherland." Open the app and log in using your online banking username and password.
To Activate Mobile Deposit: Log in to either mobile online banking. Find "Mobile Deposit Enrollment" under "Services" and click "I Accept."
Don't Forget… You can enroll for eStatements!
After logging in to online banking, simply click on the NEW “Offer & Agreements” on the left hand side of the screen and begin your eStatement offer enrollment process. You will complete the easy four step acceptance process to receive your paperless statements.
From 3:00pm until 4:00pm on banking days when we are open, you may see items that are duplicated within your online banking accounts. This happens when we are performing our end of day updates. After updates are completed, the items will look correct within your account. If you still have items that are in question, please contact us at 712-446-3324.
Annual Privacy Notice Available
The annual Security State Bank Privacy Notice is available under the “Privacy” section. No login is required to view the Privacy Notice on the website. To assist customers with limited or no access to the internet, a paper copy can be requested by calling us at 712-446-3324. Security State Bank will mail a paper copy of our Privacy Notice to you within ten days of the request. Security State Bank’s Privacy Notice has not changed.
Due to the upcoming end of support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, you will soon no longer be allowed to use this browser version to login to your online banking account. You can either upgrade Internet Explorer or use one of the other supported browsers. There is no Internet Explorer upgrade available on Windows XP, the only option is to use a different browser. The MultiKey login service is an easy way to help prevent
identity theft and fraud. This service will provide additional privacy and
security of your personal information. Previously, you used a User ID and
Password to login to your account information. From now on, you will also use a
personalized image. MultiKey is made up of four parts: User ID, three challenge
questions, a personal image and an encrypted password. Here is how this new
NOTE: If you have not yet created your MultiKey login credentials, you will be
prompted to setup your challenge questions and your personalized image before
you can login to your account information.
Enter your User ID and click the Submit button.
When you login from a computer that you have not chosen to be trusted, one of
your challenge questions will be required to be answered to verify your
identity. When you answer correctly, your personal MultiKey image appears. When
you see your image, you can be assured that it is safe to select your image,
enter your password and login.
Your personalized image helps you know for sure that you are at our site.
